i think you are doing the right thing. I also feel the need to jump across the pond to go to the u.k. I feel as if something is going on in the streets of london now that is the pulse of whats going on creatively.

I'm seeing if i can study graphic design there during the summer with and exchange program. There are other exchange programs at school that i can choose from, to go to the u.k but i just have to wait to find the right one. So many programs come out with different propositions each year.

Yes! I don't know what that is! Something fizzling in the underground club scene. Maybe it'll be amazingly cool again for the first time since the 60's...

Do try to go! I say if you can't find a program just right for you, find any one that works. I think it's all about the experience you make. If the actual work you have to do sucks, find a program where you only have to work three days a week and you can spend the rest of the time fluttering about the city, exploring and learning that way.

Looks like the con block at the hotel is $149 per night, so it'll only be about $300 total-which isn't bad! I'm going to call toorrow and see if they have any rooms left, and I might go ahead and reserve one, just incase. it doesn't hurt! I know there would be you and Dan and me, and I think Chuck(chef!) might want to come too-he lives right up there in that area. I'll keep you posted on what I find out!

If you're coming to DC, perhaps we should "do lunch"

I've never been out of the country but want to travel with my camera. Funny how I fear more for the safety of my camera then myself. I don't have a corporate job to hold me down anymore so i'd definitely go. Tell me when, where, and how much to get there. Perhaps in the spring?

Love ya Roo
