Oh my God, you guys, PERSON OF INTEREST. So, okay. My Person of Interest story is this: I watched half of the pilot like months ago, because I'd seen people squeeing about it and was interested. I am not bonkers over this show, but hoo boy my partner is! I read him bits of this aloud and he laughed and laughed at the funny observations, because you are both funny and right. And he asked if you noticed that many of the writers are women?

I did notice that a lot of the writers and producers/co-producers were women! And, like Frost, I was not surprised-- there kept being these *moments* where I was like, "Whoa, that woman just acted like a PERSON instead of how a writer dude is making an imaginary lady act."

I am so right there with you! Favorite new show of the year for me--it's so quality. Haven't watched season 2 yet, so I'm averting my eyes from spoilers.

There are really TWO Finch-goes-missing eps, and then one that does a little dealing with the aftermath of Finch going missing, so you have a LOT of joy ahead of you, is all I'm saying. WOO PERSON OF INTEREST. It is the best.

I've been evangelizing it to basically everyone I've spoken to since I saw it! Which includes my parents, my brother, friends who are into slash, and friends who are not into slash. Though my spiel is pretty much the same, with the only variation being whether I sigh THEY ARE SO IN LOVE a lot, a little, or not at all. I find that starting with concept of The Machine and moving outward from there tends to interest people.

Also, ahahaha your icon. Oh, Fusco, And that episode was great; I love the actor who played the little baby spy (he's awesome on Justified, and it only took three-quarters of the episode before I recognized him! GO ME).

Anyway, basically POI is awesome, the end. :D
