016. thanksgiving?

Nov 23, 2008 17:33

i believe the tradition of eating a bird every november is despicable. who decided that turkeys are fair game and sparrows are not? to think i could be one person's sick temptation away from becoming dinner is... disturbing.

i believe i shall be consuming a delicacy of rare grasses instead.

thanksgiving

I think it's along the lines of the fact that turkeys have more meat on them and they're easier to catch..

Either way, There's always alternatives to whoever's not too keen on eating bird. :I Like what you've said~ Hehe

oh, yes, that makes sense. thank you for pointing that out to me.

and yes, i prefer grasses and other types of plants for special occasions, no matter what traditional customs might be.

T-T-They eat birds on Thanksgiving?!?!?! W-W-Why? I-I think I'll join you on eating those grasses, too, if you don't mind. Either that, or I should probably go away for Thanksgiving... somewhere safe...

By the way, my name's Combusken! Pleased to meet you. =)

hello, it's a pleasure to meet you, too. my name is siren.

i would enjoy your company. i purchased the grasses from a nursery in the city. i have been assured they are nutritious and non-poisonous. i tried some while i was there and they were very delectable.

i don't believe they would eat you. i think most residents of this school and the city are aware that we pokemon are intelligent creatures and not good for eating. i wouldn't worry.

where I come from, we'd just eat Calorie-Mates, tee hee! All the time.

I was thinking of having a Thanks-be-giving with some of the other Pokemon, would you like to join us?

A Turkey's not a Pokemon, so it never really bothered me that much.

Rare grasses? Where'd ya find those?
