I am, however, thinking about applying for a program where they will pay for all of my med school and provide a monthly stipend in return for me serving for four years. But I'd just be on a base, so that doesn't really seem like it counts... even though there is officer training, which sounds unfortunate. *sigh*
Oh, and I got your message about all the awesome that Kubo didn't say. XD I'd definitely say that things seem even more hopeful now, and I was already feeling rather optimistic. Hopefully the comment about the arc getting wrapped up by next summer will mean we get some definitive facts about Ulqui's fate by then... the waiting sucks.

Regarding what to look for in relationships, I do want someone who can be on par with me and actually hold a conversation {gah, that sounds arrogant XD}. However, the ones I have met in the past who held this quality were dry and boring. I have yet to meet a guy who has a spirit that emits "I'm intellectual & well-rounded, but I can have fun and enjoy life!" ^^;;

I feel like I should be more sure about which of the three is the lie. #1 mebbeh? Because I know you hates the science. Or at least you hates the science classes, I dunno.
Haha I decided, after the fact, that I probably shouldn't have done that meme while exhausted and stressed... because, as it turned out, I had two half lie/half truth things. I hate chemistry, but I rather enjoy biology (and I totally enjoy the Discovery channel version of practically any type of science XD). So I hate/like science? And then the whole military thing is just for being a doctor, not being like ~real~ military. Which obviously makes a difference. But number one is totally true haha.
Aaand I just got what you sent today -- thaaaaank you! I was thinking it was going to get here earlier, or I would have replied sooner. Anyway, it rather filled me with lulz... the story about the blanket XD. And ZOMG so much tea @___@. So you'll have to wait for your stuff until you get back home (and tell me where I should be sending it).

It's too bad about the blanket, but at least we got a good story out of it. The lady said they couldn't do titles, either, which was too bad because my second choice was almost "Dr. Frotu." Maybe if I'd gone with Frotu to begin with they wouldn't have caught on; I dunno.

Anyway, yes, I totally agree that the issues with the blanket almost make it more endearing. That's really dumb that they can't do other names though... what the hell is with that? I mean seriously, what's the reasoning? I mean, what, are they all geniuses on the cultural and ethnic complexities of global names? I kind of feel that they really have no room to make judgments about that sort of thing. It could be very insensitive.
Obviously not the case in this instance, but still. XD
