Today is a work-from-home day. I have my mentoring in the morning, and the afternoon is for doing my homework like a good little girly swot

I went to the media preview of the Deco show this morning and it's just fab!

Brr....Your house has never been insulated? Unfortunately ours has, and the rebate doesn't apply. Still, some draft proofing and less heating is required in places. Still very cold though.

I am afeared of whatever new place we end up in being a high ceilinged old house/apartment I'll freeze to death in, I don't have much luck with heating! I seem to spend a lot of time in winter being warmed by overheated laptop PCs, cups of tea and blankets :)

I must come visit the shop soon (I know I know, I say that a lot), because I would absolutely love to get myself one or 2 flapper-style outfits together. With my hairdo I think I'd look swish with a nice flapper dress and pearls and a cloche hat or something :)

Kudos on helping the environment by insulating. Most of our attic is insulated, but there are a couple spots that still need it done. Ugh.
