I think there should be some sort of business which comprises of people with dogs. And they use the dogs to cheer people up. So it's a place that people can go when they are having a bad time and they can just spend as much time as they like having just the best old time with the dogs and cheering up. I'm sure something like this actually exists in Japan, I remember seeing some photos from when someone went to a mall and there was like this enclosure full of dogs that people could just play with and feed and yeah. I think the whole concept existed because houses in Japanese cities are so small that people don't have room for pets of their own.
