haha, we're learning all this vocab related to health right now, and the one that popped into my mind after reading that was 부족수면, which means insufficient sleep, hah.

Naps are awsome. I think everyone should be able to have a lunch break, and then nap time right after lunch. Maybe the world would be a less grumpy place.
