my class has 5 weeks until we DLPT and our teaching team is freaking out. now, on top of having class from 7:50 to 3:30 every day, we've got night classes from 6:30 to 8:30 too. hooray!

I'm going to need a lot of encouragement to keep going in these last few weeks. and I'm going to be calling in a lot of favors from God just to stay afloat.

so I went through Amazon.com to buy a new camera, and ended up dropping about 250 bucks on it. then today I get this email from the seller.

we took a field trip to a korean buddhist temple yesterday, and all I have to say is, I need to find out where monks shop, because I swear there's a monks-R-us somewhere that just sells tattered grey clothes and sweet purple/red sashes. and, I'm so serious, I think the end of the world is coming. what's with all these hurricanes and plane crashes?! this had better not effect my sleep schedule.
