thanks :) Purple is the designer's favourite colour. She approached me saying she wanted to create a special set specifically for me to showcase her company, so I gave her some ideas of what I liked and mixed with her own preferences and creativity this is what she came up with :)

my eyes are a light green and purple and green are complimentary colours which is probably why :)

and yes - I thought a colourful start to 2011 was called for!

...and a great start to 2011 in most regards. #2 and #4 is the best of the set, and it's a great concept in all regards.

#2 is a wonderful view of the makeup, accessories, and concept behind the shot.
#4 does everything right in the concept, from the set of hands to the placement of the ball...superbly done.

I love this set. The 2nd photo really does justice to your makeup, which as always is spot on. The eyebrows are adorable - well done.

thanks! I tried this make-up for a shoot earlier on in the year, but perfected it this time round I think. I do enjoy experimenting with slightly different styles! Who knows what my eyebrows will do in 2011 ;)

thanks! Purple used to be one of my favuorite colours, but I think lately I've surpassed it with red. But it is nice to take a single colour and make an image a wonderful representation of it. Really adds a theme and mood to an image
