there was indeed a lot of shooting going on and for a change I managed to get in on the act ;)

It was shot in a replica wild west town in Kent, I should have more photosets coming from there in the next few weeks

Excellent. Your partner in crime is a fantastic character. :D

he is! I generally don't do much work with other models, but when I saw The Colonel I knew I had to shoot with him - the pictures just wouldn't be the same without him :)

3 and 4 are my favourites in terms of "story telling". I showed these to Tim and told him I've arranged an alternative option in case he bales out ;)

these are a bit more sepia coloured which does really add to the atmosphere and storytelling :)

Sepia really works!! Draws attention to the pale skin / dark makeup and clothes contrast - more please!!! x

I don't actually have a lot of work in sepia, so these make a nice change. I do think sepia should be used sparingly though - and should match the setting - which these undoubtedly do!

I really love this shoot! I've been really into steampunk and the wild west lately, especially after reading 'The Dark Tower' series. :)

Are those the Stephen King novels? I haven't read them as I'm not actually a fan of horror (believe it or not!) and books really draw you in. But I believe there's also rumour that a movie is being made - hope they don't make it too horrific or I'll have to miss it too

They are the Stephen King novels but they're not really horror, more dark fantasy. I was originally put off reading them because I thought they were horror but I'm glad I did read them because they're among the best books I've ever read :)

ahh in that case I may put them on my reading list (not that I get much chance to read these days...)
