13. chilly holidays

this snow is quite uncomfortable. i am forced to remain in my bird form for most of my days. it is a pity. i have grown fond of being a human. it seems easier to connect with others in that fashion. the chill is still harsh on my delicate human skin, even with the appropriate clothing. i suppose i will have to wait until spring for things to get
