I haven't updated in forever so here it goes;
It's so fucking long I'm gonna put it in a cut for you.
The Wednesday before last I left to go to Cuba with my dad. I had to get up at about 4am which sucked as I only went to bed at around 2? So our plane was delayed an hour and a half. There was quite a few hot guys on our plane so I had to not scream during turbulance, very difficult. They played 3 movies I really wanted to see (Madagascar, kicking and screaming and Fever pitch) plus spongebob and the simpsons so I didn't get too bored. We arrived at our hotel (Playa Pesquero, translation "Fishing Beach") and me and my dad went down the hotel boulevard and got an icecream. Then we went back to our rooms, unpacked and got ready for dinner. We had dinner and I went back to my room whilst my dad checked out their internet connection and all that jazz. They actually had really good tv and I read my book then kind of crashed out from lack of sleep.
The next day we went to a thinger where they told us what we could do whilst in Cuba, my dad booked 2 day trips to Santiago and Holguin for himself and another day trip snorkelling in the middle of the ocean, and of course, swimming with dolphins. We went to the beach by the hotel for 30 minutes but I didn't like it because while I was in the water (alone) a gross Cuban guy came up to me and started hitting on me, and he was like 28 or something and yes I didn't like him. So After trying to escape for like 10 minutes I just ran up the beach to my dad and I was like. I don't like the beach dad. So then I went down by the pool and my dad came down too, but he burnt his shoulders in like 10 minutes so he went back to his room and did, I don't quite know what he did but the next bit is important. Then this boy, and 2 older girls, I guessed like 20 something? came and sat on sun loungers near mine. I had my ipod on but I could still hear them, and the 2 girls were trying to get him to come talk to me. Then I got too hot so I went and sat in the pool and he came over and was like, Hi, I'm Ben, are you English? And I was like yes... So we got talking and hung out the rest of the day just talking and floating around. Went back to my room around 5 and got ready for dinner then went out at about 7.30 and ate. I just went back to my room after cos I kinda burnt my back and had nothing better to do so I slept :)
On Friday, my second day there, my dad went off the explore Holguin with his fellow ramblers and I went down by the pool. Ben was there again so we hung out, then I met his (gorgeous) brother and sister and his sisters friend. It was his sister's friend's birthday so they invited me to go out with them later on. His mom told us to come play pool bingo with them which was fucking hilarious. There was this guy with his dad who Ben didn't know but he was really funny and he was playing too, then there was this random little boy who latched himself onto this guy and was being really brattish like splashing everyone. Then the guy was like, ok I need 55 and I win, and we were like haha dream on dude, and they go "55" and the little kid grabs the paper out of his hand and rips it in half (which isn't difficult because it's wet) and the guy calling the numbers refuses to believe him so we all dived to the bottom of the pool trying to get the bits. Then Ben was like, well I need a 1, and they called 1 and his wasnt ripped so he actually won it and got a bottle of rum which was fun. So I finally went in at about 6, said hey to my dad and went and got ready for dinner. I wore this white skirt and really high black heels, and when I was walking back to my room after dinner to change my shoes before I met Ben, Matt, Ben's brother, saw me and he was said hi and smiled and then went off to eat dinner. At about 9 I went out in flat flip flops and saw Matt again, and he was like, did you shrink? Then Ben tried to teach me how to play pool (I still suck) while these french guys watched and I was in a short skirt so I didn't like it lol. They kept making faces at me which was effing off putting so I kinda lost the game. Then me and Ben got a drink and went and sat by the pool and just talked for about 2 hours which was fun, then Ben walked me back to my room and I went to bed.
Saturday me and my dad went snorkelling but I had kinda bad sunburn, which was burn on burn from Thursday and Friday so I wore a shirt over my bikini. I went snorkelling with the whole group minus my dad who can't swim but I got really creeped out by the eels so I just sat floating next to the boat so a guy on the boat threw crackers to the ocean next to me and soooo many fish came it was amazing. My dad took a lot of pictures and it was fun except my burn hurt and I was tired from the night before. We got back at like 4 so I didn't see Ben and just stayed in my room nursing my burned shoulders and watching mtv2. Had dinner then went to bed so the evening wasn't interesting.
Sunday was amazing, we left and got a coach to a port, then a speed boat (aiee) to the dolphin place. We had a drink then I got changed into my bikini and then got a life jacket fitted and got into the dolphin pool. There was 2 dolphins, but I only remember the one I played, she was called Yada and she was 9. So we got taught how to make them perform tricks like clapping your hands and patting the surface and making them kiss you. I bought this picture of being kissed by two dolphins but it's not so cute as one of them had its head on top of mine so I kinda sank lol. Then I paid 10 pesos and got to do an exercise with the dolphins, and they told me to put my hands out and grab the fins when I felt them, so I did and they pulled me round the whole arena it was so amazing but my eye burned from the salt water. Then I got to go in a second time because my dad paid for two but only I swam so I got his go too :D Then this really hot Spanish guy was watching me and it was annoying. The first time there was 2 other people cuddling the dolphin with me but this time it sucked because there was like 7 people per dolphin but I still got kisses and such. Then we went and watched a show which was effing amazing because the dolphins were so well trained and they like threw the trainers up in the air and such, I would of been so scared. We got the lifeboat back to the coach then went back to the hotel, I looked around but I couldn't see Ben anywhere so I went back to my room and then had dinner and such.
On Monday I spent the day around the hotel with my dad and all my sunburn had healed but I was kinda peeling so I didn't feel ill or anything. But there was kinda nothing to do except we went to town and I bought everyones presents which hopefully they'll like.
Tuesday my dad went off to Santiago and I didn't want to be on my own so I introduced myself to this girl called Robin who looked my age but ended up being about 12 lol but she was ok. She had this adorable little sister or cousin or something called Madeline who was 1 and so cute. Then we saw Ben so I introduced him and Robin and she went a little crazy, I think it's cause Ben was hot or something lol. But yeah she kept being really immature and screaming that I fancy Ben and vice versa, so I kinda had to dunk her a few times to shut her up around Ben's brother and sister. But yes it was fun I guess except for the whole getting sunburn on my peeled shoulders. Went back to my room around 5 to go pack my suitcase and then had dinner. After that I went out and saw Robin and sat and watched a random show with her for a bit but it was pretty shit and I couldn't see Ben so I went back to my room and watched a few movies on the tv then went to bed.
Got up and took off my sleeping shirt to get changed and looked at my shoulders. Almost passed out because there was huge blisters that were like an inch high covering my shoulders. Threw on a shirt and skirt and went downstairs to find my dad and I found him and was just like, "Dad, I think I need to go see that doctor dude" So we went to the doctor person and he was like yeah we need to pop them. So the nurse sat me on a chair and started jabbing away with a needle and this cotton wool pad wrapped around scissors which she kept stabbing the blisters with so I went white, felt sick and almost passed out and she wasn't listening to me til I practically screamed at her so she let me lie on the bed and carried on with her merry way. It hurt like a fucking bitch but I needed to get it done because I was flying that afternoon. Then she put a load of cream on and huge bandages to cover it all up. Went back to my room and changed into an oversized polo shirt the snorkellists gave me so you couldnt see my shoulders. Then we went and got breakfast and on my way back to the room I saw Ben so I went over and talked to him. Got his msn address which I was really nervous about not getting if I didn't see him. So we talked for a few minutes then I had to go get painkillers and finish packing. Gave him and hug and told him he better come visit me in England (He lives in Jersey, a Chanel Island near Dover) Then went to my room and finished packing and such. Was waiting outside the block of rooms and got picked up by one of their buggies they use to take suitcases and people around. My dad was at the reception trying to order one because they hadn't sent one and we were late so that sucked but yes so I got on and the driver and the other family on there were talking to me and he kept asking if I was Canadian, I was like no? But he's like the 15th person on holiday to ask me if I'm Canadian so it was weird. Then we went to the airport and we paid 20 pesos more so we could get into the business class lounge which was so worth it cos we went in the VIP que to get our tickets and we were through really quickly so we went and sat in the lounge after a little airport shopping. Then this little girl and her parents came in and sat down and the woman in charge of the lounge tried to throw them out but the little girl was really sick so she let them in the end because only the lounge had air con. They wouldn't let them get drinks for free like me and my dad could so I offered to go get the kid a drink and say it was for me so it was free. So we all got talking and it was nice because we had to wait quite a while to get on the plane. The plane was so effing crowded it sucked cos on the way their we all had 2 or 4 seats each :D But the twat infront of me was the only person on the plane that didn't get the rule that you don't put the seats back if the plane is as crowded as that because theres no where to escape to so I couldn't sleep the whole journey but they played Monster in law, which I really wanted to see, and some random movie about pigeons so it was ok. For about an hour there was a huge thunderstorm underneath the plane so we had a lot of turbulance which I hate so much but it was a good landing because there was no clouds to bump through on the way down :) We got in on Thursday morning at 5am, got our bags and went out to meet my mom but she wasn't there so I got some money and got a costas mango frescato for breakfast lol. Then we found my mom and went home and I went to bed til the afternoon, then my mom changed my bandages and my dad left for the airport again to go home to Slovakia.
The rest of the week I stayed home except I went food shopping with my mommy on Saturday and on Sunday I went to town with Tasha and my mom to get my pictures from holiday developed and to buy some shit for school, then we went to home base and I bought some photo frames for pictures of me and my dad and me and dolphins :) Tit came back home with me and we watched a load of movies and hammered nails in the walls for the photo frames then we just chilled and such til tit's mommy came at like 7 to pick her up. Then there was a huge thunderstorm and my cat Spencer freaked out it was pretty funny. My shoulders are almost all healed now except a few patches are still pink which is raw skin, yay.
We start school again tomorrow so that should be fun to see everyone again and such, and then Friday I'm going to see the All American Rejects with Jenny, Steph and Kirsty, and before we go we're going to her house to get ready and her incredibly hot brother promises to be there in nothing but a towel to "scare" us, (I'm not supposed to know :D) But yes now I need to go and do stuff.
P.S. I finally get to see Jono on Wednesday after like 3 weeks and Ben is gonna be home so I can talk to him on msn, my two favourite boys, they really remind me of each other actually it's creepy.
