Mad Cat Man?

As her name is Cat, my housemate quite often meows at me, and we occasionally have the odd meowing exchange, which is completely normal (obviously, because it's us). It is not so normal when a random-yet-normal-looking 50 year old guy comes out of his house as I'm walking past and quite casually meows at me, which is exactly what happened to me

Tesco's will probably become less busy around you if you start making cat noises as you go down the aisles *grin*

Tuesday tea-time is good, as if you hit it right you can follow the guy goiing around with the reduced stickers for all the stuff they got in for the weekend and didn't sell.
Never buy Supermarket fish on a Monday or Tuesday.
Tea time tends to be a bit of a watershed, as every one has rushed home from work for tea and tv.
This advice comes to you with 15 years of supermarket retail delivery experience.

Good advice! I still haven't made it to Tesco actually, and with no food in the house, this means attempting to shop on the weekend - ugh!

I thought it best to not only avoid eye contact, but avoid looking at him altogether in a very English way, so he might have been grooming himself, you never know!

the least busy time in tesco is always the time when your not there. at least this is how it works at my local tesco. grrrr old people who have ALL FRIGGING DAY to go shoping always seem to be there when i want to shop quickly. rant over :)

I hate shopping on weekend as it's full of screaming children - and seeing as I've killed my ipod, I have no way of blocking the noise!

as for people descended fromm other than apes, i KNOW i'm descended from cats, this is why i purr when stroked and like laying around in sunshine. it couldn't possibly be becuase i'm ever so slightly mad :o)
