How's working at Blacks?! I'm planning to apply during the summer but I'm not sure what kind of work is involved.

Definitely apply. It's a bit competitive in terms of sales, but it's still fun. At my store almost everyone switches between lab and floor. I'm still not fully trained in the lab, so I'm mostly on the floor, taking orders, answering often silly questions, trying to sell cameras, etc. Anyway, whatever position you get, the discount on photofinishing is great and that's always wonderful.

Oh, in terms of experience I can say that they look for retail experience and passion and knowledge of photography... all of which you've got. So best of luck!
