That was ingenious! I loved how you completely reversed their roles, but I still felt like it was in character. Great job!

Man, someone else asked a question of how this show would have been different if powers would have been switched amongst the characters, but this one never came up! It's such an interesting twist, that Claire, confident from the first, would grow to desire more power, while Gabriel would be eternally cringing. I must ask, do you have any intention for a sequel or a tangent in the same universe? Because this is fascinating.

Heh, I'm almost sure the idea for this stemmed from hearing some variation of that very question. I'm not much of a fan of Gabriel/Claire fics, unless they're done really well. But with a nice dash of power hungry, psycho Claire in the mix, how could I resist?

I'm still unsure if I'm going to continue in this universe, but the possibility is definitely there. Thanks so much for your comment!

Thanks you very much! ♥

My feelings about Claire are ever-changing. I quite like her most of the time, as long as they're not trying to make her all badass (like in volume 3) because, tbh, she kinda fails at it. Still, I am quite proud of my twisted Claire creation. :)
