I don't think those are really confessions, despite how we always say that.

It's more like opinions.

Confession is for confessing something you did yourself. Right?

I think it is a confession because you are conveying a certain emotion about someone or something that has not been known to the public, or the people you know.

But it can be argued back and forth.
