Tonight Plus Update

My giirrrllllffrrriieend is hanging out with her *other* girlfriend (by which I really mean summer fling) so I'm watching old musicals (Singing in the Rain and now Cabaret), eating popcorn, drinking wine, I was painting my nails, and now I'm knitting (a baby Protectosaur for said girlfriend). Pretty good night

wow, i feel like i've always been grip-limited on silks, so it's interesting to hear that you usually aren't! makes me wonder if you're doing some clever things that i haven't learned. :) (the knee hooks, in particular, i remember i had to cheat on forever because the moment i reached above my head for the tail i'd lose the grip of my remaining hand and fall...)

your summer plans sound awesome. :)

You mean the knee hook for the invert? That took quite a bit for me to feel comfortable with. And there are a couple tricks there - hopefully I'll make it out there before the summer's over and I can show you the things that I've learned to make it a little more secure!
