Ok So I was working along at the food bank today when I found out that against my will I was in a good mood and smiling .

Serious tho giving your time and helping out makes you feel so amazing . Specially around this time of year when people need it the most . Gaw I am in way too good of a mood ...

When I was in the Reserves, we would deliver food for the food bank in Halifax. So a donation of manpower and trucks from the goverment, so to speak.

And it was great, some of the reactions we got. I remember dropping off just an envelope to one family (I assume it was a cheque). While we (there were three troops per truck) were mapping out a route to our next drop off point, the woman came out crying saying, "Thank you so much!" and distributing hugs.

As we drove away, we were like, "yeah, that feels really good..."
