ah! since i couldn't get it to work, i searched google, and it turns out he's just some fat kid from jersey who made the video for his friends with all these weird pictures spliced in. then some other people saw it, so he took out the pictures and made versions with subtitles and stuff. go to www.garybrolsma.net to see it and the american idle video for it.
