If you're dying for fast food, order a kid's meal instead of the adult. The kid's meal is cheaper, and has servings that are much closer to the amounts that someone should be eating anyway if they want to not blow their entire sodium, sugar, and fat limits for the day (or even week, in the case of some fast food meals) in one sitting
