Good judgment comes from experience, and experience -- well, that comes from poor judgment.

Ben asked me to marry him yesterday at the Waterfront Park.  He totally caught me off guard.

We are now officially ENGAGED!!!   Mr. and Mrs. Ben Wakild  (way-killed)....   Jaime Renae Wakild....humm that has a nice little ring to it.

The ring is so beautiful.  White gold, 3 stone, emerald cut diamonds.  Total weight is 1.5 carrots.

I missed church because I forgot to set my clock an hour forward.  I met Ben's parents, Sister and brother-in-law for lunch after the service was over.  I spent 2 or so hours with them while Ben was at work.  It was great.  I feel so comfortable with them.  They asked me how our relationship was.  I spilled the beans when I told them we planned on ( Read more... )

I DROPPED IN ON THE VERT RAMP!!!

I was skating the Concrete 10ft bowl, when some of the other rollerblader guys dragged me over to the half pipe.  I have been scared to drop in on the Vert ramp b/c it looks a lot steeper than the bowl and the wood feels more slippery.  After fighting it for 15 minutes or so I just told myself to "Do it" and I did ( Read more... )
