Planning Weekend

Oct 26, 2013 22:29

This weekend was one such time. During the weekend I review my achievements over the last 3 weeks, rewrite my goals (from memory) and prioritise my 6 most important goals for the next 3 weeks.

This weekend I have changed my goal setting pack ( Read more... )

Good and bad. In love with a wonderful man who loves me and is supportive and who enriches my life. Dave, however is dying slowly, well we all are, so dying slowly but faster than most, but at least he accepts my other relationship.

How are things with you?

Remember John, the gay fella that joined me at Trentham all those years ago? I heard from him recently, he's still in Manchester, but is partially disables after a failed suicide attempt where he crushed his leg having fallen unconscious for over a day and caused nerve damage.

What's happening in your life?

My mother was taken into hospital seriously ill at the beginning of 2012 which caused some major disruptions as you will know from experience. She's pulled though but has been left with little confidence and rather housebound. Her condition means no dogs in her house so caring for her while living in Manchester was proving awkward to say the least.

So I've pretty much moved to Warwick to care for her. I rent a house here so that PatchDog can be with me but he doesn't see as much of me as I would like...

I'm sort of resigned to being a bad daddy to PatchDog or a bad son or a bad carer or a bad director of my company - but hopefully not all at once and hopefully not any of them for too long without a break.

But that's the practical...
Emotionally and spiritually thinks have never been better and I am happy with the way things are and especially happy that they are getting better and better every day :)
