[action for COMMUNITY HOUSE #2, ATTN: Second Floor though anyone's free to see what's up.]

[Hey, here's another resident of floor 2, wondering who the heck apparently set off a smoke grenade in the kitchen. He's a bit ticked--not because he has any objections to someone owning such a device, but because for goodness' sake, this is a public area. That linguini he left in the fridge yesterday had better still be edible.]
