You mean the blur tool? :P

blur ba yun? o.o kasi ivbe been visitng some graphics sites and in some tutorial sections that ive browsed through it mentions the "smooth tool." ive been looking for it like hell but it doesnt seem to exist @_@;;

Well you can smoothen with the smudge tool and the blur tool, and sometimes with the erase tool... XD Lemme see the site :D
