Hisoka is pretty obsessed with the 12 year old male heroes of his canon. In a really creepy way. As in walking behind them, checking them out and making "kukuku" noises (or in the anime, moaning. Thanks Takahashi Hiroki) and/or generally getting excited ("excited") about them.
To expand on this, Hisoka gets off on violence and killing really strong opponents. That means that if you show potential to be worth killing, he will get some degree of a boner for you. This desire to fight and kill doesn't discriminate in terms of gender NOR age, hence why his fan nickname is Pedoclown. (To be fair, he also has a Thing for a guy and a girl closer to his age.)
