You seem more like Miyabe-san than Katsura-san de gozaru...
[ooc; as a heads up, on Sunday I *might* rewind his mind to the revolution, and if so he'll *probably* be trying to contact Katsura Kogoro (or other Ishin Shishi) and/or Takasugi Shinsaku over the network, but will probably only say Katsura-san or Takasugi-san ^__^ could be fun times <3]
