So last Thursday, Laura Paul Marissa Pelle and I all took off early in the morning on another adventure. In many ways, it felt like a continuation of our Mozambique trip. We drove to Oudtshoorn (sp?) where we rode ostriches (no joke!!!) and went to visit the Cango Caves where we proceeded to squeeze our bodies through holes not designed for human

hi Kristen, auntie Barb here. Know this isn't really where I am to write but clueless how else so wanted to say hi and that I have been living vicariously through your adventures. I think that is a good way at my age!!! Sounds like you are living a great adventure and have learned some life lessons along the way. I'm glad you survived your adventure with the proposal and flat tire. Am glad to hear your mom and dad arrived safely and I'm sure they will be blown away by the beauty and different culture there. Hi Kristen, Brian and Sue. Just wanted to let you know that nana Hession had her appendix out, emergency, tonight at 6:00 pm and I just came from hospital. she is alert and oriented to all and feels quite a lot better than she has for the last few days. when it rains it pours I guess. will be in hospital a few days. she is at Mt. St Joseph's. wanted to let you know once it was over and all is okay. take care, love barb
