Havng spoken with Zach's Rav, I've gotten in touch with an English-speaking Rabbi at The Pu'ah Institute, an organization that deals with the Halachot of infertility. I have yet to hear from him, and if I don't get an email from him today, I'll call tomorrow

My understanding of NSAIDs is that they can cause miscarriages, not so much infertility. Do you want me to ask my husband (he's a pharmacist)?

Re: Halacha for IUI; if all else fails, you might consider emailing my rabbi here in Silver Spring. He's fairly knowledgeable in this field (he and his wife went through many years of fertility treatments, so he's experienced it first-hand). I'll be happy to pass along his contact info.

Speaking of contact info, I did try calling your aunt/cousin a week or two ago, but got no answer any of the times I called. I'll try again this week.
