I believe I am making some progress. I understand what you mean now by saying it's difficult to explain. It's less something that can be explained tangibly and more an... instinct or something. Like you're learning without knowing it. I still haven't gotten much out of it, but I'll let you know if I do.

It's... well, it's exactly as you said it was. It's difficult to explain, but I took in to work, keeping it in my robes. It... it almost feels like I just know what it wants me to do, but I don't quite understand just yet.

I think it might be because the magicite used to be alive in the form of Espers. I wish I could summon them and talk to them...

That's... still slightly disturbing, if that's what it is, but I can't deny that there's some power behind it.

Things really have been quiet lately... especially in the library. With everyone out enjoying the nice weather, it feels like every little noise made inside is amplified.

Is this Lady Ninian who returned a friend of yours?

Izuru just recently left, so I would almost expect to see another aid soon. It tends to be a wanted job.

I... wouldn't say so much a friend. Perhaps acquaintance would be a better term? According to Lord Eliwood, we were traveling together, but I haven't remembered her.

Ah, I see. That's very interesting! It seems like recently a handful of people from your world have shown up... I wonder if I'll ever run into anyone from mine.

It's difficult to say. The last person, Lady Fiona, was someone I had never seen prior.

It's all dependent on your point of reference. While Ninian, Lady Louise and Lord Pent are here, I've seen many more from Elibe disappear.

I'm getting a little worried too... But so far it's been impossible to predict what this island could be planning.

There's got to be a pattern, there's got to be something beyond just... just random bits and pieces here and there. Everything works with a reason, I'm just... probably looking at it from the wrong angle or something, I don't know.

No, you're right... I haven't really given too much thought to it myself. Maybe if we can work together, though, we might be able to figure something out.

Truth be told, I try not to think of it much myself. I find if I focus on it for too long, it just frustrates me more.

That said, it would be nice even to just have someone to bounce ideas or new directions to. Thank you for that, Lady Maka.
