well, do you want to be in reno or not? do you have reasons (i.e. emotional attatchments, financial comfort, etc) that would push staying to the pro?
i would recommend at least applying, just in case you decide to use it as an option. just because you apply it doesnt mean you have to go there, but it means it's another option just in case. :)

i would say don't apply if you're almost 100% sure you're not going there, save your $65 and apply somewhere else.

I would say yes because if anything bad happened in your family...it would be a school close to home

and it is okay to have two safety schools...no one says you actually have to go there
