    So went to Davis for the summer advising session, and got all my classes and stuff taken care of.  I got my first choice of everything, so i was pretty impressed and happy about that.  Of course, if I get into any audition only classes (choir or one of the shows) It'll screw everything up, but right now I'm pretty set.  and so I'm taking...

       Yay!  Done with my first week, and no werk tomarrow!  About the fried food, a big part of my dutis is fried chicken related, frying potatoes, and chicken strips, breading the chicken and all that jazz.  Today was my first time changing the oil.  Holy crap.  So We drain it which is a disgusting process in it's own right, and then out in TWO ( Read more... )

I got my credit and debit cards in the mail, and aside from having no idea how to use them, I am afraid to.

      Had a mostly enjoyable 4th, chilling at the boat with Devin, kayaking, gearing up for if we ever decide to actually follow up on our plan to paddle to the Oil Islands.  Had some fun capsizes, and some not so fun capsizes.  Played some 2 man volleyball, but the general feeling was that I didn't see as many people as I'm used to.  Erin was sick ( Read more... )
