Ok, so following a tremendously mediocre moving sale, my family has cleaned out most of our home in Crystal Lake. Starting tomorrow, we will have tenants. Starting sometime this week, it will hit me that I can no longer return to my home for at least the remainder of the lease our tenants signed

1) Your parents are renting your house? I assume they both have different places they're living now then and you can go there... wait, why aren't they selling it if neither is going to live there?

1. Yes, we are renting it. My mother owns it and I persuaded her to not sell it, on account of I think it has more value in the future. Especially given the amount of work that can still go into it
