Frysco, I take it you fly to all the cons back east. I wouldn't mind going to a few. Money is not exactly a problem for me. My costume is. How do you protect it from baggage handlers and damage during the flight?

I just pack stuff in a hockey bag, and ensure that I have enough padding (bodysuit, hands, etc) around the head. Never really had that much of an issue, though this time on the flight out some jaws ended up crooked. But that was because the TSA got in there and had a rummage around and messed up all the padding I had around things - which is always the risk.

That is what I fear. He is packed in a plastic bin at the moment. All his clothes can be packed in my suitcase along with my stuff. It is my hope they would not mess up his clothes or steal anything.
