So. This weekend I roadtripped to DC for the Inauguration. I saw Itzahak Perlman and Yo-Yo Ma play a piece written by John Williams for the occasion and Aretha Franklin sing "God Bless America." I also experienced the event that will redefine this generation. Fuck off, 9/11. It is the Age of Obama.

Did she? I don't really remember that but after 9 hours of standing in the cold it took all that I had to pay attention to Obama's speech.
