I have recently come to a very disconcerting revelation; I absolutely hate using the phone to make non-social calls. I just called Sainsbury's Bank Card Services to activate my credit card; as I picked up the handset and dialled the number, my heart raced. I'm talking thumpingmaxx adrenaline.
