Click on the link for Windows Installer.

Sometimes you just have to filter out things you don't understand and make a best guess. In my job I do that pretty much constantly.

Thanks, John. My problem is, if I guess wrong, I don't have the knowledge to figure out what I did wrong and undo it. So I like to make sure there's no guesswork.

I understand the anxiety about irreversible steps since that's what I worry about when I'm cooking or trying to fix something around the house. But computers these days, though they might be confusing, are actually very forgiving of mistakes, and if you screw up, we'll be here to help.

I'm guessing your machine runs Windows now that you've told me you only have a Mac at work. Never mind the Source Code versions, just download the Windows Installer: 25 MB.

I have no idea how to install anything on a PC myself though. Totally Windows illiterate so you'd best ask someone else if you need any more help.

Click the Installer link for the system you use at home. If you have Windows, click Windows Installer.
Save the file to your desktop. It might take a minute to fully download.
Double click it to install Zyzzyva, agree to whatever, accept the default locations.
Ignore the source code. That can be your project once you've learned all the words.

Thank you for these links. Now that Labor Day has passed, I'm starting to study systematically, and these instructions have been a BIG help.
