Is there anyone you would recommend? I live in Austin and I have insurance through Aetna, so I should be covered. I'm looking into Dr. Lawton in San Antonio and Dr. Harris in Dallas so far

It looks like he does, but I can't find any contact info for the Austin location. I got an email back from the CA location, but when I told them I was in Austin they didn't reply.

A bit late here, but a friend from Austin just (like, Friday) had top surgery with Raphael in Plano. They're only a few days post, obviously, but happy with the experience. No idea what the doc's insurance situation is, my friend was self-pay.
