FTW is thwarted in her attempts to be healthy

Oh man, Day 1 of FTW Cares About Her Health. MY ATTEMPTS AT EATING BETTER, THEY CRUMBLE DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES D:

Mom said we had some good cereal, cheerios. Healthier than what I have been having for brekkies (Jimmy dean sausages and pumpkin bread :V)

There were two boxes, the expiration dates?!? November 6 and SEPTEMBER D: D: D:

Sausages and an apple it was >.>

So then I made a wrap for lunch with the whole-wheat wraps my Mom gets (THE LAST ONE!) and brought it with an apple to work for lunch.

And then the cleaning lady threw out my lunch D: D: I got an e-mail being told that the fridges would be cleaned out today, but A) It said sometime after 8 and I figured that meant that by the time I got in at 9 it would've been done already and B) Lady wouldn't throw out my wrap in a sandwich baggie D:

But whatever, got to go out to Panera Bread with coworkers :O Got half-a-soup-and-sandwich and...AN APPLE INSTEAD OF CHIPS! YEEEEAH.

Also did 22 minutes of Wii Fit aerobics today. Urf. My legs hurt from running in place x_X

I heartily encourage Wii Fit for all those trying to be healthier (and have a Wii). It's smart and I have a friendly buddy to help me along :D :D :D (I love the anthropomorphized Balance Board, shut up D:)

It gives you tips based on what your strengths and weaknesses are, and can calculate your exact BMI and weight and stuff and keeps track of everything for you :O :O :O

And since we don't have a scale, it's helpful that way, too >.>

BAD THING: I've gained 11 pounds since I last got on the scale...like, 3 months ago D: D: D: D: D: Jesus christ. My first goal was to lose 10 pounds, but then I wouldn't even be back to where I thought I was D:

BUT: I must keep track, 10 pounds is still my first goal. Wii Fit even tells you what goals are good and what are too much...10 pounds in 2 months is what it suggested. It said 3 pounds per 2 weeks is a good amount to lose when dieting and trying to lose weight and stuff, more and some sorta bad thing happens SHRUG, SCIENCE.

zzzzzzzzz

work, health
