Didnt weigh myself today but ate less today. Yesterday ate alot less as well and woke up and did an hour of spin class. Today woke up and did yoga. I love the yoga it feels so great!!

Food today
Lots of water, teas
1 container cottage cheese - 250-300 cals
lettuce w/spray dressing
yoplait yogurt

I've been on a Healthy Request Soup Diet <~ I made that up myself lol......just chkn noodle soup for me every day, it has low sodium and twice as much potassium. Anywhoo I lost 3lbs.whoo..How are you ?
