Something I find funny, is that people think if everyone were atheists, the world would be chaotic, and everyone would be running red lights and having sex with their sisters. Society has led us to believe that morality ONLY comes from religion. I know the difference between right and wrong. It's not because I have to repent on it, or am scared

Knowing that I was born due to my mother and father having sex does not bother me in the least. Knowing that in order to make a good grade on a test or expect a pleasant outcome with anything all revolves around hard work doesn't really get me excited, but I accept it and view it as logic. Knowing that cancer is in a lot of cases caused by unhealthy eating and such is concrete evidence. Knowing that people catch STDs from having unprotected sex is concrete.
I prefer having evidence in knowing things or believing in things.
It bothers me when people patronize me for choosing to understand things based on reason. But oh well, I guess. I've gotten to the point where it doesn't really bother me as much any more. I don't owe anyone any explanations of the way I view things or how I live. The end.
