Lise - this song strikes me more as haunting than creepy? though I guess the two are pretty similar ahaha. but I still really like it.

I TOTALLY KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT LIE OMGZ. La La La turned me off of Big Bang, b-but then I heard Lie and was like OH SHIT THIS IS GOOD, and now I can't turn back. DDDDDDDD:

Uh, using my THREE YEARS FRENCH EXPERIENCE (hahaha not really) and armed with a French-English dictionary, it's about this girl named Lise, and that main line, "Les vers de Lise, se lisent autour d'un verre" that gets repeated a lot, I think translates to something like "Lise's poetry lines, are read around glass", and I'm not sure what that means.
But the song's talking about reading (making a play on words with "lisent" which means to read, and "Lise") and worms and taking on airs and I'm terribly confused and it's probably all some huge French-specific metaphor that I don't get. DX

Oh, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Let It Rain; the guy singing is in a band called Nell that you might have heard of?

I KNOW. zdsldfg damn you big bang ;___; i never liked their music much and didn't really know a lot about them; i even laughed at them when they performed with epik high once. but after that one song, suddenly THEY ARE LOVABLE?! i adore TOP, seungri's hair is awesome, and i want to lovingly adjust daesung's half off jacket ;__; and now half of their songs i used to hate i now like, and i even think they're cute in that epik high performance.
