Meh, an Arab doesn't have to be Muslim as well and vice versa.

...I wonder if she's wearing a wig? ...and a paparazzo is at least steps up from K-Fed, I just hope that she remembered to bag him.

I know, it took me a whole second, but I totally got it, hence, it's awful! My brain has been violated once more.

Especially since, after years of reading Mad Magazines, I immediately started doing a Six Degrees of Separation between Britney and pork in my head, and somewhere in the middle it involved Miss Piggy and furries, because Britney did look a bit like Miss Piggy in Mad's depiction of her in this year's 20 dumbest things.
