Well, yeah, I guess. But it hadn't even been really cold till now. I don't think anyone was seriously expecting snow out of nowhere.

Prepared for what? It's just snow. As long as everyone keeps warm it'll be fine. We didn't need you to tell us that.

Most of our food are things that are nonperishable like canned and boxed goods. We get some sustenance from the greenhouse at the high school, but it's mostly what can be scavenged.

If it's stuff that can't go bad, that's good. Do we have a pile of it stored up somewhere? I've been stealing mine from the stores. If the snow gets bad, people aren't going to be able to go out and look for more. We should make sure there's enough that they don't have to.

There was a storeroom in the high school. But I think each safe area could do with a public stash that everyone has access to.
