i stopped writing in here because i just dont know what to say. i dont know how to express myself in words anymore. i wouldnt know where to start or finnish.

i cant even handle myself sometimes so why should i expect other people to?
maybe i really should just get help.

i wish i had enough words to tell you how i feel.

you make it sound bad if people need to get help for them selfs due to mental illness's. if you meed help you need help.
