We don't get many kids here. But that's only because there are no little kids around here; their parents take them to the neighbourhoods where there are more houses closer together. It's a shame. I've only had 6 kids so far tonight. :( I asked one if she was a particular indian, like Pochahontas, expecting a yes, and she stuck her hands on her hips and said "No, I'm a Slovakian Indian." She was so little it was so cute.
I find sometimes I forget to notice the mountains now. When I first came over that's all I'd look at out the window, the mountains and the sky. And I've only been down to the beach twice. The beach borders right on the campus. How warm is it there right now?
It's in the mid 20s-ish right now. Just a bit hotter than perfect. I'm horribly scared of working in Hungry Jacks kitchen (they train you on everything) during a 40 degree heat wave.
