ok,so we're starting with this:

1ST STEP:

Go to Layer-> New Fill layer->#F2E4D0 and set it to soft light opacity 80%


2ND STEP:

Go to layer->New Adjusment Layer->Hue/Saturation->Saturation +51


3RD STEP:

Go to Layer->New Adjusment Layer->Color Balance->Set Midtones like that:
-66;-43;-27
(Make sure that the Preserve Lumosity is picked)


4TH STEP:

Go to Layer->New Adjusment Layer->Selective Color:

5TH STEP (OPTIONAL)

Go to Layer->New Fill layer->#040D2A opacity 30% (or more,it depends on you)
and you can set THAT texture made by jerkicons to lighteen ^^
