Wow, that's an excellent, spot on quote. It's a shame some people think looking back on what they used to be is considered wrong. Whereas it's not, on the contrary, past makes you realize how special the present is, and how great the future will be. Sorry to sound preachy, but you just inspired me. :)

&hearts thank you bb! I tend to think "mistakes" are nothing more than lessons you can take with you in the future. And I'm thankful for the ones I've made in the past everyday. I also believe that personal experiences are the key to true knowledge and intelligence

Absolutely, yes. I hate the word 'mistake' cos nothing is a mistake really, if you think about it. They're simply unlikely choices you made based on false intuition, misinformation, and others. And how are we gonna learn if we fear not taking dump or rash steps, right? Like you said, it's all a way to learn and ultimately prosper.

That is such a wonderful way to look at success. So often we think of mistakes as regrets rather than lessons.
