A panic room/containment cell which could be set up downstairs at Hellsing mansion, because even Torchwood had those. This one would be specially designed to have wards and other protections and security cams etc. (I figure we can use this for other cases like Ichigo's too.)
A special gun device to be created which shoots a fine wire weighted netting made of iron at the target.
Sam being released into Dean's custody. With a contingency taskforce assigned to bring Sam in if he turns again. Heavy duty tranquiliser guns to be issued should such an event occur.
A summoning ritual prepared to force summon him if needed.
So hopefully Ianto/Owen can approve this and Scott can help with the security side of things. Wes will run point on this but will call in the Winchesters to help with designing the safe room.

Actually with regard to weapons authorisation, is Scotty also the man for that too? Because we could do with an arms master. If Scott doesn't want the job, maybe Wes (being in Senior command) and one other person who's also into weapons could share the duty.
Well I had assumed the other Dean, in CGM, but Hellsing Dean may want to be on the retrieval team?
Yes, the tranq guns would be considered Hellsing property and have to be checked out and accounted for.
I am thinking the summoning ritual will be a one or two person affair. Best scenario is having a back up team of say 3 people who can step in to do an emergency summoning if needed.
So essentially if we could get maybe 4-5 people to sign up for the Winchester Recovery Taskforce. That would be aces!

In regards to the arms master, Scott seems to be a definite choice, and we've brought it up wit Scout, and it seems that since he's going to be finished with setting up security in a short while, he should be general arms master as well. We're possibly putting a few specialists in there as well. More to come on that in the next week's check in to be up in the next few days.
In regards to CGM!Dean, he's going to be a special circumstance. Normally, Hellsing isn't going to let non-members in on their equipment and such, but this is his brother and he does have training, so. Ianto's going to make him sign a lot of paperwork before he gets weapons clearance, and after his is done, everything will be revoked for him, but. He's allowed in too. Although I would definitely check with Hellsing Dean as well to see if he wants in ( ... )

We're working on IC'ly and OOC'ly arranging for a few things. First of all, we're going to handwave most of this sort of thing, but in regards to taking weaponry, artifacts or pretty much anything that's Hellsing property off the grounds, agents will be asked to fill out forms so they can take the items. It'll be assumed your character did so, so unless you specifically want to break the rule you don't need to really worry about that. (If your character is going to get in trouble with the weapons/books/artifacts/etc they take, though, we'd like to know so we don't get blindsided |D)
Second, the basement west wing has been opened up! It's become pretty much the security section of the house; Scott's security command post is hidden away in the back, the conveniently-there-all-along cellblock is there, as well as what will be an incredibly secure containment unit as per Wes's suggestion. It'll be especially useful to have that for whenever someone's demons decide to literally knock people around, and we figure it ( ... )

WINDOW PLOT: It looks like everyone is going to get dragged through the mud on this one, so I was just wondering how many Hellsing operatives are going to get brought down by this player plot. Owen will be either mostly-or-entirely unaffected, so he'll be around to help anyone who might need his "friendly" face. (Ha ha ha.)

At least for two weeks.
Over the course of those two weeks, Rukia is going to be building his (and by proxy, Zangetsu's) case, including a visit from the Doctor to prove that Ichigo's brain was tampered with. Ichigo will be let out with some conditions;
1. A magic seal to keep him from going too far and make it easier to track him (an ankle bracelet of sorts). I may include that this seal also makes him at least partially visible to everyone in his soul form.
2. Probably some sort of deal with Hellsing to keep him under control, probably also asking them if they think they can make more of his vitamins that help stabilize him.
3. Rukia appropriated as his official keeper. NOT THAT SHE WASN'T ALREADY. But now it's OFFICIAL~

1) THIS IS IMPORTANT. In case you guys weren't aware, it...is a lot of work to maintain Hellsing at an admin standpoint. And while I would love to be able to come up with plots for you to be involved in all the time, it's really not possible. That having been said, your character IS being put to work. So even though we haven't assigned them anything specifically, we're asking you guys to take it upon yourselves to come up with anything that they might be involved in, or filling us in with what pre-existing plots they become involved in. Just because I'm not having Ianto breathing down your neck with a clipboard and a file of paperwork on your latest mission in game doesn't mean that he's not doing so :'D If you come up with some sort of plot/mission that you'd like to be sent on, just assume that Ianto or Owen assigned it to you, or let either of us know what it is so that they can actually be assigned in-game!

magic: haven't started the above plotting yet, but just assume candy's been spending time in the library doing research this week
window plot: around middle to end of it candy's going to be affected. it's.... going to tear her up inside and decommission her for awhile. expect to hear lots of screaming at herself in her room.

Wes can't really take the credit since it's Slate who got Sam out, but group efforts have managed to get the cell ready.

Aside from that Wes is gonna be a little stretched thin with Delta having escaped from hospital this week. Being his handler means Wes is worried and searching for him. This may impact on his attendance with Hellsing, so feel free to have Owen or Ianto poke him with a 'what's up, you're a bit MIA' if you'd like. XD
I'm actually gonna be on vacation for three days starting tomorrow, so may not have access to the internet, but backtags are love as always.

But he will be bitchy because he's hungry :( and eating all the things, both regular food and small, fuzzy animals. His spirit form will also look a bit more animalistic, with digitigrade legs and all sharp teeth. But other than a bit of grumpiness and SLIGHTLY more animalistic behavior, he'll be normal and patrolling with Rukia. And handling any creepy books he finds with a ten foot pole djkajdlsk
He's also pissed as hell and is looking for any clues he can find about the weird dreams that triggered him before.

-THE LIST: In case you weren't aware, a list has gone up of all supernatural characters that anyone has tipped this anonymous 'Harker' off on existing. There is a plotting thread in the State of the Game, if you want to get involved with people. Or you could always make plans within Hellsing here too :>

Do you want Ianto to make any sort of connection between her and Harker, or should that only happen if something happens to spur him to make the connection?

Annnnd I don't know. People have been pointing it out to him that this person is more of a victim, and Wes is pretty obviously pro supernatural things, at least somewhat, with all the helping out he's been doing re: Demon Sam. He might put him on his list of possibilities, but I don't think he'd ever say anything about it to anyone.
