-HELP THE DOCTOR: So the Doctor was looking for science help and now he's looking for magic help. Basically why I'm mentioning it here is that if you want your character to have volunteered to help him with either the science or magic bit in any way, either contact him on his post telling him that they were sent by Hellsing, or tell me here and I will round up all the names and let the Doctor know just who all he got for support. The barrier is going to be going down tomorrow, so he's going to need all the magic help he can get, and the science help is what made it possible to get to this stepping stone, so. Let me know?

-CONTENTMENT: As announced in this week's State of the Game, this week contentment and a sense of happiness washes over the city. If you want your character to be effected by it, be sure to keep this in mind throughout the week. A lot of our characters could really use a few days of good emotions, considering everything they've been through, you know?
-PARTY: There's going to be a feast for the entire city on the 16th, but Hellsing is going to have their own party and celebration of sorts. The log is going up tomorrow, the 13th, but we will be backtagging it until the cows come home, so be sure to keep an eye out for people tagging into it and who you might want to talk to/get to know better during this event. It will hopefully be the first of many open logs that we do, since the response was pretty much unanimous last week that everyone would be ( ... )

Also, stuff that might be useful in Sirius' defense (some of this applies to Wes, too):
- The Magistrate admitted the famine was her fault over the network
- Sirius aided in food replenishing and taking down the barrier (the Doctor can vouch for this)
- he voluntarily turned himself in AND stayed in prison even though he had the ability to Apparate out at any time
- The prison break was actually unsuccessful. At least, his part of it. Rush escaped after the riot, I think. So it was more like an attempted prison break. XD
- The EMP part that knocked out the power came from Rush's lab. Sirius actually had no part in that, and doesn't even understand the technology involved.

-LIAISONS: We need some liaisons to the general public! There are a lot of field agents listed on the Wiki, and we're looking for characters who are (relatively) good with people to be sort of like promoters of Hellsing. These characters would be normal field agents as usual, but would also have the ability to be sent out to the non-human community in order to extend Hellsing's good will towards them. You know, let the community know that Hellsing's there to help them in case of anti-supernatural sentiments, to help with defense if being stalked by non-human or human entities, etc etc. If you think your character would be good at this, let us know so Owen can tell them to go make friends. :)

-RELIEF: As mentioned in the State of the Game this week, the emotion for this week is relief. Things will get a lot more bearable, and life should feel as it should be if you're effected by this event. Also, the weather is hot, but breezy, and therefore perfect summer weather, as a note :|b
-PROMOTIONS!: It's already been done and mentioned before, but officially stated here, congratulations Rukia and Scott on their promotions to Senior Staff. As of this moment, then, the Senior Staff consists of Rukia, Wes, and Scott.
-...AND YET: There is relief throughout the city, and newly promoted staff, and yet Wesley has died (Wes-mun is on hiatus, there's an ooc post up about it here), and Scott's gone missing (Scout, I'm assuming you will be describing more of that in detail so I'll let you do that :P). Which means that they're a bit understaffed as far as higher-ups go. AGAIN. Sigh.
-MONSTER PLOT: As some of you might have noticed, Ichigo-mun put up a post in the OOC ( ... )

- Candy's back to normal now, and feeling a bit depressed about having had Boa in control for a week. She's going to be around, as in not holed up in her room, but a bit distant from people.
- SHE'S LOOKING FOR WEAPONS TRAINING. Her magic's still not up to par thanks to resistance from Boa (the stronger Candy gets the less she needs her) so she's not making as much headway in better spells as she had hoped she might. She wants to learn how to use a gun, if anyone's willing to teach her.
- Nemapsychus is still wondering Hellsing. He's a bit pissed at Candy for kicking him out for the week and so they're not on good terms atm. So he's around the house still bugging people.
Sabriel
- She's signed on as contractor! She needs some money to get by, but for the most part her services regarding the Dead and aiding the Dead is still free.
- Also, you you're looking for liaisons she might be willing to help? She's Abhorsen back home which is a very public figure and is used to having to deal with public appearances.

-YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD DOCTOR: Kurumi's on hiatus again right now, but Owen's still around Hell House. If you need him for something, she's given me permission to godmode him, so if you could come to me about anything the might concern Owen, that'd be great!
-MONSTER PLOT: So lj decided to crap out on us in the middle of this monster plot, and I know that some of us are sort of confused as to what's going down in those posts/what has gone down by now in the scheme of things. Died during the Monster Plot, as in her soul got eaten. But when the monster died her soul was returned, but Boa was not. Candy and Boa's souls are so connected, though, that Candy's definitely feeling the effects. It's like her soul's been ripped apart and has started her on a dangerous path. She's tense and will lash out at people, she's started drinking a lot and going out alone at night even though she can't defend herself. And soon it's going to build up to where she starts losing her mind a little and actually goes a bit insane, almost literally. Idk what I'm going to do with that yet but we'll see. Open to suggestions/plotting if anyone likes.

Is pissed off about death. She made a post about it and is working with Alba for ideas on what to do about it. Right now they're working on repairing her bells so she at least has those and is basically a little bit closer to normal. From there we haven't discussed where it's going for them but Sabriel is on a path to try to do something about death.

Also as part of him getting back into things, he's been talking to Wes over the network about amping up Hellsing's armory to include things like flamethrowers, holy water guns, and possibly something that shoots wood splinters. Also he might be toying with the idea of attempting to build some phasers, provided he can get his hands on the materials.

-FANTASY: The emotion/event for this week, as stated in this week's State of the Game. And of course, this being the city of sin, it's dark fantasy. "This week the allure of that which exists only in the mind is just too strong to resist." With further elaboration from the mods, we have been told that this has been left open and intentionally vague, for everyone to interpret as they see fit. So if you feel like this is something you can work with, go for it! As always, a reminder that participation is optional, though.

Past: Nothing incriminating, I'm assuming she sort of left the terrorism bit out when being interviewed (if she even had an interview).
Present: Aaaand still nothing incriminating. Except for the wolfy bit. Man, Tosh is boring.
