is there interest in a basic tutorial on ways to format text on AO3 (like color, font, size,etc.)? Because I know some people might just want to know something simple without it being tied to a whole tutorial on how to mimic a certain look or whatnot.

May I kick your employees in the bum? They deserve it. Also, you and your boss should discuss solutions to this because that's a pretty ridiculous situation, and it means that you're more likely to leave, too, and I'm not sure they can afford to lose you.

TBH there's a lot of things going on with my boss now too, so I can try to discuss things with her but I doubt it'll change any time soon. *sigh*
